NZXT Source 210 or Corsair Carbine 200R.

BTW do you play IL-2 1946 or do you just like the aircraft based on your profile name?

How about the corsair 230T? Or you could get an NZXT Source 220, which is like the 210, but has a mesh front so an LED fan would be visible.

I'm a huge fan of it myself. Do you use any mods? I can be found on SAS forums as Mojojojo.

I would suggest Zalman Z11 Plus. http://www.zalman.com/global/product/Product_Read.php?Idx=476 I have used it in a few of my builds, it is more on a compact side (Mid case, ATX), but it also means that the fans are closer to the heat source! It is well designed and it does tick all of Your boxes. I don't know how much You can get it for in US, but it cost around 50 Pounds here in UK.

Im making this new PC for a costumer and he wants the case to have smooth top without any extra pockets and stuff .. ( for easy dust cleaning.. lol )

I can see Your point, but that Antec GX500 is not exactly smooth either.. On the other hand belhadj suggestion is more towards Your customer's needs. You can always add more fans with blue LEDs
