Bottom H440 front case fan not working

Not sure why but the bottom fan isn't spinning, everything seems to be connected correctly, i tried to unplug and plug back in all the 3 pin fan headers to the hub but nothing, the fans are all connected by a single molex to the PSU.

Any ideas?

First thing to try is to connect the fan header to a live fan port on the motherboard to see if the UEFI can detect and control it. If the BIOS doesn't detect it at all, try to do a bios update so it would stablize the UEFI. If the BIOS still doesn't detect it, it might be the bearing problem or something to do with the physical wiring itself. Get some oil lubricants and drop just a tiny bit on the bearing to see if it could get the fan started up. If that still doesn't work, I think you should just replace it as it's most likely to have broken down.
