Seems to have finally arrived in the States, as seen here. It'll probably be a little slower than a 965 at stock for roughly the same price, but I imagine it'll overclock much higher (being a Trinity chip).

since it is fm2 socket then does it have a intergrated gpu?

Sorry for the late response. No, it doesn't - these Athlons are likely just A10s and A8s with faulty GPUs. Instead of just tossing out good silicon, they disable the GPU and market it as a different product.

If these had showed up on Newegg a while back, I'd probably be running on one myself - $85 is a spectacular deal for the performance it should be capable of (think FX4300, without the L3 cache).
