Desk Case

So kind of a weird question here. Have any of you ever used a desk as a case for a computer? Like having all the components in the drawer and such. My dad built one for my grandpa years ago and I'm thinking it sounds awesome! Any thoughts or suggestions?

dude.. I've seen everything from pizza boxes to toilets to things from out of this world used as cases. The best one I've seen (only because I like em) was one built out of lego.

I'd say go for it! Just make sure you leave plenty of airflow around stuff. Also make sure you can brace it well enough so it doesn't shift all over the place. I've thought about doing that myself tho taking it to LAN events would be kinds tough. :P
