The big thing I would say is get 80+ efficiency!!!. The one thing you don't want to cheap out on is your PSU. If you get a cheap PSU, you have a risk of a system failure. I would recommend a Corsair PSU. As for the wattage, I would see if you can get a 500 watt PSU. This is a PSU I would recommend.
