so, im building a "super" computer. and i wanted to know if i can have a octo boot? i have 5000GB in the system so thats not a problem.

but is it possible to have a octo boot system?

because i have 5 1000 gb ssd's and the pc dosn't detect the other OS. and they just boot op to a random OS. i cant chose

You could probably use GRUB to boot all of those. But you'd have to manually configure it for the EFI boot of Win 8, I think.

Make sure that whatever Linux OS you install it on is on the first drive the computer is told to boot from.

The easiest way to accomplish your goal is EasyBCD and iReboot they work together the most I ever had was 5 os' at once but this solution is really unlimited as to the number of OS's you can have. Both are free.
