For the price it's an excellently engineered case. There's better but most are much more expensive. What do you mean by reliable? How can a case be unreliable?

The air flow is pretty decent I must say, and the cable management is alright, the holes aren't placed really well but it is pretty good

I just got mine today. It has decent air flow, it comes with two fans one front and one rear it supports up to 8 fans. The cable management looks very good. For the price, you can't beat it
