How can I know if my current CPU and GPU are compatible with the new motherboard ? I mean, what are the compatibilities I have to check ? Ex: Socket for GPU and PCI slot for GPU but are there other things ?

Rather simply, start out in the builder with the things you already have, CPU, GPU, memory etc, then search for compatible motherboards in the builder.

Specifications and supported hardware list is readily available at any semi-decent mobo manufacturer's website.
