Windows explorer title text colour change?

I have changed the colour of Windows to solid black, and was hoping to change the colour of the text on the top of the windows (telling you what folder you are in) to white. Also when the window is not the one "in focus" it changes to grey.

Is there a way to change the colour of the text and window so that it is always black?

(i have images but dont know how to upload them)

Hi,

The default font color cannot be changed. Here is the link that gives information on themes and ways you can personalize your desktop.
