Depends what you want the build to be for. Gaming? Daily driver? Personally I would shell out the money for another 4gb ram. But in the price range it will pretty much do everything at a good pace.

I am thinking that also but it is will be over my budget and I have decided to build this on Black Friday or cyber Monday do if I get a deal I will definitely buy but thx for the advice. And one question should I change my psu to corsair cx500?

Assuming it's a gaming build looking good, but you would benefit from 8GB RAM plus 1866 memory works best with FX chips http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cmz8gx3m2a1866c9b

EVGA or Corsair 80+ bronze rated models are good budget PSU's, get whichever is cheaper

Toss a coin! Seriously nothing between them. Look out for offers on the CX500M, it is the semi modular version, that would be better if you can get a good deal on it. Also don't forget the 600W versions of both would be fine if it happens to be cheaper.
