If you are strictly gaming you will generally speaking benefit much more from putting more money into a stronger gpu than your cpu.

The build below trades the fx-8320 for an i3-4150 which has much stronger single and duo core operation which will benefit you more for gaming, and trades the difference in cost for a much better psu and a gpu upgrade as well.

For an additional $10 you could instead go with an xfx r9 280 which will outperform the 760 but I'm not sure how tight your budget is so I've left the 760 in there.

As a side note it might be a good idea to wait for black friday/cyber monday at this point to see what kind of deals you can get on these parts.

I agree with what was said above. Cyber Monday should hopefully pave the way to some good deals, and the i3 can be upgraded to a more powerful i5/i7 whenever you get the funds.
