I dunno what kind of rep that mobo has for overclocking but that's prolly gonna be restricted by the cooler too so...

The only thing I'd change is the PSU, seasonic are tops and gold rated saves you money in the long run & is better for your components, win-win :-D

Got you a better motherboard, increased the storage, also got you a better case (it's windowed btw - don't you want all your hardwork to be seen).
