Is This Build Compatible?

I need to know if everything in this build is compatible. I'm particularly concerned about the case and motherboard, I don't know if everything will fit properly in the case and how many drive bays need to be removed for my graphics card. Also, I'd like to know how many USB ports are on my motherboard. Also, all the prices shown are Canadian. Any responses are greatly appreciated, here's the build:

Edit: I also need to know if my 600 watt PSU will be good enough for hardware upgrades in the future and support some overclocking.

Thanks! I'll look into getting an SSD, although that might be hard as my budget can't exceed $1200 (Canadian Dollars).
