Get an H97 MOBO for $10 less and spend that on a bigger PSU would be my advice.

Know that getting that mobo would a better thing to get because I cant OC, but the H97 version of that mobo Is the exact same price

Sorry, I keep forgetting about mail in rebates. Nevertheless, I would consider a 600 watter with a 280 (or a good quality 550), the 500 will run it, but a cheaper PSU will degrade with use/heat and even if it holds up for a few years, the fan might get annoyingly loud keeping things in check.
