Gaming build around $1300

Want to build a nice PC for gaming. I've built a PC before but it was a while ago but I'm not super knowledgeable on these newer parts but this looked pretty good to me.

The i5 is all I need for gaming right? Or would an i7 be better? I'd be willing to spend a little more money if necessary. I'm mainly just playing WoW and DotA 2 but I want great, flawless performance.

Also, the last computer I built has a very effective but super loud fan. That's why I wanted a water cooler in this case, trying to make it as silent as possible. And what type of case should I look at?

Again, I'm willing to spend a little more money if the marginal increase between parts is really that much better. Thanks for the help!
