I didn't make a partition for my SSD. Have I messed up or will it all be fine? Help would be amazing, thanks

This should have been in the storage section.

And please elaborate about the partition, because I don't have my SSD partitioned beyond what Windows does by default, and it's fine.

Do you mean for an OS? If that is the case don't worry it makes one itself. If you mean for dual booting than well that may be a problem.
