I would go for the Asus Z97-A board, that board is too overpriced. Since your motherboard will most likely support dual channels, go 2 4GB sticks instead of 1 8GB stick. Also, a 500-650 watt power supply is enough for you, 750 is just overkill unless you want to do crossfire with the 280 in the future, pretty much all I can recommend.

Yeah, go with the EVGA 650 watt one, it's pretty good for its price range.

First off there is no sales tax in 43/50 when buying online. Secondly, when you are upgrading your computer, you need a motherboard that can handle it easily. Also, if you want to overclock. The motherboard is easy to overclock and stable while being overclocked. Maybe it is a bit overkill, but it is a pretty good price. Name me a motherboard for that price better then the ASUS
