Second build - any comments/improvements appreciated

Hi, this is a second build (the first was a productivity/browsing effort and more room for error).

I'm trying to keep the total price to £700 ($1096 at current exchange rates), but if I'm going wrong with any of these choices it would be good to know.

It will be used primarily for gaming and work (word, spreadsheets, remote desktop access and some web design). I have a monitor and a retail copy of Windows 7 I'll be using from an old PC.

The link is here (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Cigar/saved/dWLp99), but for ease:

CPU

Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor £167.50

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 45.0 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler £16.25

Motherboard

MSI Z97-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard £94.98

Memory

G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory £64.76

Storage

Crucial M550 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive £65.06

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive £35.94

Video Card

MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card £128.68

Case

BitFenix Comrade ATX Mid Tower Case £28.79

Power Supply

Fractal Design Integra R2 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply £66.02

Optical Drive

Samsung SH-224DB/RSBS DVD/CD Writer £11.89

Case Fan

Zalman ZM - F3 120mm Fan £6.45 Zalman ZM - F3 120mm Fan £6.45

Any/all advice much appreciated.

I would probably make 3 changes. I would change the cooler and that psu. Also get a R9 280. You don't need that thermal paste, honestly you would only gain 1 or 2 degrees and the one that comes with the cooler is great.

cooler fits as its 159mm and max for case is 160mm
