Nope, the part choice seems very solid. You could save a few dollars on the RAM, and I've never used that case (but it looks very nice.

My only issue is I think you're overpaying for that power supply. I know because I have the same exact one. Since then, I've build quite a few more systems and I'd go for a cheaper fully modular one. Edit: I did catch something. Don't get a single stick of RAM. You want 2x4GB, that way you can use its dual-channel capabilities for better performance.

Ah, the money you'd save on the PSU, you could put towards a better CPU cooler. Nothing wrong with the one you have already, it's hands-down the best for that price. However, you could get better overclocking by using this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd14, or a Corsair H100i
