Apparently my PSU isn't sufficient?

I'm looking to build my first PC - http://pcpartpicker.com/user/MitchTJones/saved/QcFYcf

I have a forum topic about what case I should get over on the cases forum (http://pcpartpicker.com/forums/topic/59929-looking-for-a-good-case) and someone commented on that saying that my 800W Raidmax Vampire power supply would not be sufficient for my build ("BTW you NEED to change that Tier 5 psu if you care for that build"), even though PCPartPicker only estimates my build needing 544W... that's 256W below what my power supply offers! Was he not talking about the Wattage of my PSU and rather the quality? I'm very new to PC building and PSUs are probably the thing that I know the least about, I just grabbed the cheapest for most PSU I could find, $88 for 800W seems like a huge bargain compared to other prices, what PSU would you recommend (hopefully under $100-$125)

Thank you in advance!
