I won't have the money to get all of this for a few months, so there is plenty of time to revise. Tell me what you think!

It looks pretty good. One thing you might consider is that you're buying an Micro-ATX mobo and putting it in a Mid-Tower case. While this will work fine, it will leave you with lots of extra room which you may not want.

You can upgrade your 4670K for a 4690K and save 10USD, as the 4690K is on sale right now. It would be compatible with your Z87 with a quick BIOS uptade. ;)

I am in a rush to post, but my main advice is to get the 4690k, it is cheaper and slight better.

Also, you may want reconsider the K70, is very expensive for your budget. I have one, and it is great, but it may not be worth it when you can upgrade your graphics to a 280x or even 290 with money saved.

Another matter, if you are aiming to upgrade your ram to 16GB in the near future, stay with 1 stick of 8GB of RAM. Otherwise get 2X4GB Sticks to take advantage of your dual Channel MOBO feature.
