Well....not so ''budget'' after all. But depends of what you want to do. Example if you're gaming, only 1 set of RAM is enough rather than 2, 1000W for the PSU is waaaaaaaaaaaaay overkill but you're right for the rest :)

You don't need 16GB of RAM or a 1000 watt PSU. Use the money saved to get an SSD. For the case, I particularly like the Fractal Design Define R4 and Arc Midi.
