Looks good to me, but i'm not all to familiar with what you have in America, as I live in Australia, and we have a fraction of the parts you do. Also, if you might want to ever overclock, you'll need the "K" version of the i5.

You are better off getting a 970 than a 770. Makes easier to upgrade in future. And it's absolutely fine getting a Bronze power supply.

Switched your GPU and PSU with less expensive more powerful options. The 290 kills the 770's performance. The 770's and 760's are so oddly priced in the market right now. AMD out performs them for less $$$. Do you really need a $100 keyboard? Just something else to think about if your trying to save a few bucks.

and if your not into the Rosewill PSU then EVGA has a 600w for $35 after rebate. I wouldn't go less than 600w with a 290. You could but I'd want to leave room for some OC'ing.
