Oh god really I could of sworn I could oc it. I didn't see the original one I was looking for. I'll have to research an i5 overclockable cpu. Thanks for not not letting me make that mistake

Get an i5-4690K, try getting a gtx970, there's a mini itx version. I doubt that cooler will fit in an mini itx case, and also you'd better off with ssds in such small environment.

updated the cpu to the 4690k. id like to go with the gtx970 but its a bit out of my price range at the moment.
