I guess its a good thing to have to many choices than none? Which of these PC builds will be able to run the most demanding games on maxed settings with ease. What is the best to own? http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Awesomealden/saved/ Any help will be appreciated

for gaming you don't need the i7 as games don't take advantage with the hyper threading. I would go with an 15-4690k and the Z97 motherboard to be able to overclock it and pair with the GTX 970. 8 gigs of ram is enough and I would go with 1866.

It would be much cost efficient by getting a 250GB SSD and a HDD, since media won't benefit from SSD.
