Opinion on ~$1800 Gaming PC Build

Hey, this is my first PC I'm building, for the purpose of gaming. I want an above decent gaming PC for around $1800, possibly running games at max settings on 1080p monitors at 30+fps. Eventually I want to upgrade to 4K monitors, and I want it to support an Oculus Rift when it comes out. Can this computer support the things listed previously, and with possible upgrades for the 4K part? And is there anything I should take out/replace? By the way, I have heard that Xeon isn't the best for gaming, but still does a decent job. I don't want to spend ~$100 more for an i7. Finally, all the parts are from Amazon because I find it much more easier to buy it all from Amazon. Thanks in advance! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mwTCt6
