~$1500 4690k gaming PC - Questions

This will be my second build, and I'm open to suggestions. It's 95% for gaming (Dragon Age, Witcher, etc.) and 5% for watching Netflix/Amazon movies. I'd like to stay around $1500, but I could go a little higher if it makes sense (and obviously lower would be good too). I'll be keeping my current monitor, mouse, etc.

I'm clueless about memory. Also unsure whether a 650W PSU is enough. ]I won't be overclocking the CPU, so would you recommend a different motherboard? I know the "K" version CPUs are for overclocking, but for whatever reason, the 4690k is cheaper than the 4690.
