Are these pc parts I picked compatible?

In addition, if you have any recommendations as far as changes go to the build please let me know, but I don't want a significant price change. Want to keep the budget around the same price, but if it's a better change and reduces price then im all for it. I'm just curious if i buy all these parts and they will fit together/be compatible. Furthermore, will there be any tools i need to build this computer or can I can take it somewhere to get it built? Finally, let me know your opinions on the build as far as gaming goes? would this be able to operate most current games at ULTRA settings? Crycis, Battlefield, Dragon Age, Skyrim, etc.?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/p6GPYJ a i7 isn't needed for gaming, this should run any game on ultra and it has everything you need besides a screwdriver
