cheapest build for 1080p ultra?? (opinions wanted)

I need some opinions and help for my budget gaming build. I can spend only up to 700 and done alot of research on the unlocked pentium g3528. I do plan on overclocking it up to 4.5 ghz so I can play games on ultra at 80 fps or more on 1080p. If not all maxed out on ultra then maybe high to medium settings. I prefer fps over quality. Any suggestions would be great thanks. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Npg3dC

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NZR4GX I switched the Pentium to a six core amd, recent games have been having a hard time running on a straight dual core and I got you a better gpu and a better cpu cooler and is $20 under budget. I didn't have sacrifice performance for quality and vice versa

Not all G3258's can overclock to the heaven's. Cause they can't. Plenty of people only able to maintain 3.8-3.9Ghz stable OC's. Some people even with a Hyper 212 only getting 4.1-4.2Ghz. While some have claimed upwards of 4.6 on stock cooler.
