You have a great build, but somethings need to be updated. I changed the RAM, GPU, both hard drives, and the CPU cooler. The ones I included are much better for almost the same price or less. Hope this helps. You can ask me anything about my choice in parts if you have any concerns.

No concerns here just very much appreciated, im going to go with this list =) tyvm, why is the 970 cheaper than the 780 though?

I think it has to do with the fact that Nvidia is not making them anymore, it used to be Nvidia's high performance card (besides the 780 ti, but that was a premium). It has actually come down in price compare to before lol.

what other gpu besides the msi one would you recommend? it seems to be out of stock everywhere.

Gigabyte, Asus, EVGA...in that order lol. If you can't find Gigabyte, get Asus, if you can't find Asus, get EVGA.

Looks good but I would personally recommend the 970 and 980 over 780s. New stuff is good! If you can't get them (??) the 780 will be fine. Good luck!

tyvm on that 970s cheaper also! but would the psu be kinda overkill now or no?

The PSU should be fine but a 550W is ideal. I recommend going for Xtrem04's build however.
