Livestreaming/Editing/Gaming PC Suggestions!

Hey guys, I plan on building a streaming PC soonish, and want to see if everything is in check. My goal is a rig that can run pretty much any game while streaming, and be able to edit videos as well. Are there any alternatives for more reliable parts etc? I plan on OC'ing a fair bit, so I would like a case that has good airflow and an optimal cpu cooler. Also suggestions for a good mic/headset combo would be great since I'm in need of those. Budget is quite flexible. Thanks!

Why did you put a 4770k in your build, when you can get the better 4790k for cheaper? You can also get 240mm CPU liquid coolers now for about that of the Noctua, given the black friday sales.

Depends on how much editing you plan to do. The Adobe forum for Premiere Pro hardware is excellent for feedback. A lot of guys there who build editing systems for a living.
