So im making a 3.5k U.S dollar build

Should i use corsair h100i or noctua nd 15 cooler

If corsair h100i somehow leaks the 3.5k will be all doodoo i cant loose 3.5k

Most of the time, Pre-Made liquid coolers (made in a factory, by professionals) are 100% sealed once they leave the factory. VS making the cooling loop yourself (funny story, I mauled my first computer with a loop I made, good times.) but, you should be fine safety wise. Cheers.

Unless one is expecting to experiment with high overclocks, liquid cooling is not a necessity.
