Better case and a better card. If i was going to max out the budget I'd opt for the FX 8320 and a aftermarket cooler. Other than that seems pretty solid. You may want a better mouse for gaming though.

Yes...Do you need an aftermarket cooler? No.

The CPU is supplied with one it's just the AMD CPU heatsink fans can get a little loud under load.
