Is this a good build?

I upgraded the first list of mine and I was wondering if it is a good build list. The most I want to spend is $1200 (USD). Though, I'm wondering if it is a good build. I used an A10-7850k 3.7GHz quad core processor APU for the CPU and EVGA GTX 970 4gb acx 2 as the GPU. Did I do the right thing? Also, how are the other parts? What should I replace?

This is much better. The apu's are not meant for having gpu's. There more of a basic cpu. Instead get an fx cpu that will be better.
