Gaming Build Opinions Wanted

BRDiesel

Hi everyone.

I'm a first time gaming PC builder and wanted some advice on my build so far. Keep in mind while looking at my build it is not yet finalized, I'll be adding things like fans and an optical drive, both of which I have not worked out yet - especially the fans, if anyone can give me help on those that'd be awesome. But anyway, let me know how things look right now. Possible future upgrades include more RAM and an SSD. Any more questions? Let me know.

Thanks.

Looks great. The only thing I would point out is that if you don't plan to add more videocards, then getting just a 550-650W PSU will be fine for an FX-8350 and r9 290.

Ok man thanks a lot for the advice on the PSU, that was one of the unlikely components I was having trouble with actually.

the fans, don't know if you want to keep the ones included and buy missing ones or buy them all

Front 2x140mm/ 120mm or 1x200mm

Rear 1x140mm / 120mm (1x120mm included)

Bottom 2x120mm

Top 2x140mm or 3x120mm (1x120mm included)

Interior 1x120mm/140mm

this is the way I would do it 2 corsair AF140 on the front and 2 on the top and use the included 120mm from the top on the interior.

you could add 2 corsair AF120 on the bottom but I don't think they are that necessary
