Power supply is too weak. You need at least a 500w, preferably 600w.

Get a 600 W PSU at least. You will kill that PSU if you plan to do any overclocking. I think the extra $30 on this one will be money well spent

I would also consider this MOBO. I had this one in a build I built for a friend and it hasn't failed in the 6 months it has been running
