$650 Entry Level Gaming Build - Any Issues?

Hey everyone! I finally made all the purchases for a Christmas present build for my kid. He is into gaming, so I tried to build as good of a system I could on a budget. I originally had the MSI 970A-G43 motherboard selected (and purchased) until I found horror stories of it not working well with the CPU I chose, FX-8320. So, I RMA'd the MSI mobo and picked up the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P. It kind of broke the budget a bit, because I wasn't able to capitalize on Cyber Monday deals, oh well. If it's better suited for the CPU, I'm happy with that. I was curious if anyone had any thoughts/concerns about compatibility on this build, and if the overall gaming experience my son will have will be good for current games, and future released games. He will be running at 1080P, with games like Rust, Far Cry 4, Dragon Age Inquisition, Alien: Isolation, (standard stuff people play these days). Your comments are greatly appreciated.
