That will likely do it, but in a low budget build, an ssd is a major waste of cash... Your better off with a 1tb hdd and using the money towards a better gpu

The games I play are pretty much limited to wow and league I feel like a better card is overkill

What about a gtx760

The 760 is actually a lower performance card than the 280. A 280x though is on par with a 770

Your build is good and balanced. An i5 with a 280 will kill those games. I'm thinking a minimum of 60FPS at highest settings. Plus it'll be capable of playing the most demanding games at ultra with decent framerates.

Yeah get the i5 4690k for less than $50 more(MUCH better CPU). Also drop the video card down to an r9 270x, it'll easily pump out 60+FPS for your games.
