You could consider AMD FX-8350 instead. If your lookin to overclock I don't know if your trying to save money or you just gonna pay anything.

No need to trust me though not an expert get other opinions

This is kind of overkill if you're just trying to get good FPS for CS: GO. I've seen builds with a crappier CPU/GPU combo get 200+ FPS so your build should get way more. However none of that matter unless you have a 144hz monitor which I highly suggest you invest in since you have a 1000$ budget for a CS: GO PC.
