Hey guys, I just need some feedback on this part list. I have decided that it is finally time to upgrade from my 3 year old Alienware 14x. Any responses are appreciated.

Build looks good, Personally I'd swap out the 1x8gb memory stick for 2x4gb. The reasoning is that should a stick of ram go bad it's better to pull one of your two sticks rather than have your rig down until you get a replacement.

check if the hyper 212 already comes with thermal paste then you could shave off that $6 for the arctic.

be sure if you order from outletpc to get all your items same time so you only have to pay $6.95 shipping one time.

If there is less than $1 difference between going with Outletpc and waiting for a rebate which takes forever and costs you price of a stamp, I would chose next vendor directron where you get free shipping and no rebate form to fill out and no 6-12 week wait.

If you call them, they might even price match it. Anyway I just did exact same thing. They price matched the B& H price.

Just look at details, sometimes rebate is not worth hassle if you only save 50 cents.
