I know the 850 shoulld be enough but at 8 dollars i am skeptical.
try to get a PSU that is Tier 1. here is a list.
I like EVGA because they are warrantied for 10 years and their customer support has very good reputation for RMA and tech support.
But there are other good psu, just try to look for ones that are Certified and if you can afford it a Tier 1 type.
If you care what your case looks like you might want to get a semi or full modular psu so you can change the cables out, otherwise modular is not important.

I recently bought an EVGA G2 psu. Both P2 and G2 are Tier 1 but G2 is a lot cheaper.
this one is $125
I appreciate the input thank you. I like that G2, I am thinking of bumping up to the 1000w PSU, but do I need that much? I do not plan on overclocking it (with 4Ghz i dont need to any time soon) whenever its on its last legs. and If I ever decide to ill just get a better PSU and a watercoling plugin
no not if you won't overclock. I bought the EVGA G2 1000w only because I will overclock.
the estimated wattage for your system right now is like 400w sooooo 750w should be more than enough
Now say I up[graded the GPU to an ASUS GTX 970, would 850 still be enough?
