1440p Gaming? (Will soon add a 2nd GtX 970, would I get 60+ FPS on max on most games with SLI?)

Future proofed for how long and to what standard? The processor would probably be fine for quiet some time, but I'd guess the gfx cards would be upgraded after some years

Do you mean 60+ FPS average or minimum? Either way, here's some benchmarks: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_970_sli_review,16.html

Isn't this like your 6th time making this post? Why not just bump your old threads?

The build has changed overtime. I guess I will just bump this one. Also, I mean average. If I drop down to 35 at some points, that's fine. Standard, is able to game on high and/or max on games with 30+ FPS for at least 1-2 years. After that I will upgrade to a GTX 1170, or whatever it will be called. I'm probably just going to SLI, then once Cannonlake comes out make a second build then.
