Final Build, how does this look for a casual gaming and everyday PC?

Hi,

Attached is a parts list I have made, I was wondering if it will be sufficient for gaming for a few years (I am okay with low quality graphics with decent frames) and everyday computer usage. If it suffers somewhere and I can fix it in my $1100 price range please let know. All comments and suggestions are appreciated!

You can't use 1866 memory with H97 chipset, need 1600 http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9d8gbxl

240GB storage isn't much, might want to add a 1TB HDD as well.

Apart from those details looks good for your requirements.

To be clear, it can use that ram, but it will not run it at that speed... It will likely cap it at 1600mhz, so unless it's on sale for less than 1600mhz ram, don't bother with it.

A bit lazy with my wording, the 1600 memory is slightly cheaper.

Ya, not always though... His ram was the 3rd least expensive ram available on this site a few days ago for a 2x4gb kit. I grabbed some just for that sale lol

Thank you for pointing that out! and ill have to think about the memory because currently I have only used up 250GB on a laptop ive had for 5 years, which has a lot of junk on it that can be deleted so... But I will definitely consider it, would it be possible to add the extra storage later when I come into more money?

Easy enough to add extra storage later, just checking you have enough for your needs.
