Biggest problem I see here is memory looks a bit too skimped. 1600MHz is the norm right now.

1333MHz runs alright for gaming based on my experiences (I've got a 4x2GB kit @ 1333Mhz)

@OP

Only thing I'd really do is swap OS to Win 8.1, but I'd really try to push for a -K CPU and Z97 board. Either that or go AMD
