Anyone know what parts to put in there?

My current PC runs games at 3fps.

The price of £300 also should include a copy of win7

Any idea?

Austin Evans did a pretty good build but the currency is in dollars so you could even upgrade the parts he choose.

I went about £20 over when I went the cpu with a discrete graphics card route. So, I went the apu route and came up with this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Type Item Price
CPU AMD A8-7600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor £71.17 @ Amazon UK
Motherboard MSI A78M-E35 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard £36.38 @ Amazon UK
Memory Corsair XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-2000 Memory £39.98 @ CCL Computers
Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 160GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive £16.99 @ Amazon UK
Case Fractal Design Core 1000 MicroATX Mini Tower Case £19.16 @ Scan.co.uk
Power Supply EVGA 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply £31.63 @ CCL Computers
Optical Drive Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer £10.46 @ Aria PC

Any chance of swapping the 160GB for 300GB Hard Drive

Also what about the graphics?

And add a PCI card for wi-fi

I could probably up the budget by £70 if needed.

Also could i add more RAM later on if needed?

Yes you can upgrade the hard drive. There is an apu in the build instead of a graphics card. The apu has an iGPU which can play quite a lot of games at 720/1080p. Wireless network adapter added(although usb, not pci). As for the ram, there are two ram slots on this particular motherboard. So for upgrading ram on this motherboard, you're going to need to just get a new set(ex: 2x4gb ram sticks).

Sticking with the apu route; you could upgrade it a bit more, but I just put in what you requested:

This build will provide more horsepower for gaming though(added a better gpu than my previous thoughts on a discrete gpu build because of the budget raise.) With this, you can upgrade to 8gb of ram later by just tossing in another 4gb stick. As for GPU performance, there are some benchmarks on games :

I liked this but felt the CPU might a little lacking because i stream so how would this be?

It's ok. The cpu has hyper threading, so that's nice for editing and what not. You could also go for an AMD fx-6300 for the price of that i3. The 6300 has 6 cores, so that would be nice for streaming.

Would i need a CPU cooler with the i3? If so any you recommend?

Will i also need thermal paste?

And do i get all the leads and all to put it together with my setup?
