Will this run games such as Arma 2 and Garry's Mod? Will I be able to get Good FPS recording and playing? Is this a good setup if not what would you change? Thank you! http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Cragulous/saved/P7pFf7

Imo its pretty good. Would you be willing to go Intel? RAM is excellent for the games you mention, and do you plan to OC?

Intel CPU, AMDs are good yes, especially for budget and dedicated graphics function, but i prefer intel. And to save on money so long as the case has good ventilation and airflow, I wouldn't worry about buying a CPU cooler since you're not OCing... Most CPUs stock coolers work well and mostly come with a cooler any way. I'm planning on a new build and I'm getting an Intel i5 and its cooler works excellently

Oh okay, so you're saying get rid of the CPU cooler?

You can yes, but be sure your CPU comes with one first.
