help me compare/possibly combine these builds

Hey all;:p i was wanting some help and advice as to compare these two builds this,http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4WYHrH, built by me and http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YgsRHx , built by another user of this fine community as a suggestion for me. My list is on the lower end of what I'd spend, as jt doesn't have a non-stock cooler, SSD or monitor selected (SSD I'm considering, unsire about monitor) as well as some better parts. The other is pretty much hitting the 1500 base price mark, which is close to what id spend for a PC atm. This build has OCing in mind as it seems, which I like however in not going to do it immediately and has a monitor suggested, peripheral wise I'm also unsire. I'd love everyone's help and maybe help on meeting in the middle and combining the builds together somehow :) id like to use the same case if possible, or if you have a similar case with not too much noise and excellent airflow and whatnot. I am heavily considering getting an occulus rift if that matters. My purpose for this build is mainly gaming, and I'm considering vfx, video editing/gameplay, streaming etc and games are various for me in terms I love pretty much anything. Right now in my steam cart I have games like Skyrim (which I'm gonna mod heavily) both ARMAs, dayZ (mod and SA) Gmod, etc

I think that second build will do you excellent. Great processor, easily overclocked, and it will be needed for running CPU intensive games such as ARMA. GPU can handle pretty much anything at maxed out 1080p. Everything else looks good.

Would the case I have in the build I made work? I've heard that fractal vibrates alot n is rather noisey

In my experiences with fractal, they have always been rather quiet. No really annoying vibrations and whatnot. I think the case is fine
