Yes, you'll just have to install the appropriate drivers for the card.

Note: You cannot use both your GPU (Graphics Card) and iGPU (Integrated) at the same time as display outputs, once you install the drivers your system will only output from the card, until you uninstall them. *This means uninstall your display drivers before removing the card from the system in order to use your iGPU again.
