I think that video card requires a bigger power supply than you have specified. Sometimes you can go with an NVidia card of similar performance and manage to get a smaller power supply and come out at the same price or lower.

There's cheaper, faster RAM available, but the deals are changing all the time. I don't think there's ever a time when I haven't been able to find it for under $65, though.

You could shave a few bucks off the DVD drive. They're all the same anyway.

Get the 270x instead, it's like $5-$10 more. Also, up the RAM to 8gb 1866 (it's $6 cheaper than your current selection, and better). You could just get another 8gb 1600 RAM for like $50-$60 though.

Everything looks pretty good to me though. I have a somewhat similar build but I'm going with the FX 6300 because it's only $20 more, has 2 more cores, and I've just heard it has better performance. I guess we'll see though. I'm still doing research.
