You don't need a Z97 board unless you're overclocking. Go with something a little more basic that still has everything you need.

$100 for a case? Not necessary. There are plenty of good cases out there for $50 or less, even if you want a full tower, although I can't imagine why. If you want more space, a large Mid-tower should get you by.

Why are buying both the CM Storm Devastator (A great keyboard/mouse bundle) and the Logitech mouse? Also, I believe you can get the SM Storm Devastator for $18.99 at Newegg. Check it out.

You bought 2 mice. I just saved you 24 bucks.

Other than those, this looks like a really nice computer. If you REALLY want to save money (like 50%), check out my budget gaming.video editing build I just made here: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/ZanyLlama/saved/Qh9ypg

I plan to overclock adventually.

Cases are preferance and can be used in other builds again. Buy a nice case now, use it in future builds, will always have a nice looking case.

I chose to buy both a mouse and the bundle because the bundle is cheap and I despise wired mouses. Wired keyboards are fine though.

Your build is missing OS, Peripherals, Keyboard, Mouse, and Monitor. Might end up to be 25% after that at the least. Depends on those selections

212 Plus->212 EVO, assuming you will overclock. Full Tower-> Mid tower. Full towers are just too massive, you can save some money here. Drop a tier on PSU, you don't really need gold over there.

ninja9464's comment is useful too.
